NEW COVID 19 PROCEDURES
Please do not come to stay at the Roseleigh if :
You have COVID 19 or the symptoms (a persistent cough, high temperature or loss of taste/smell).
You have been in contact with someone who has COVID 19 within the last 14 days.
You have been approached by track and trace OR awaiting the results of a COVID 19 test.
If a guest is displaying signs of the coronavirus (COVID-19) virus , they should inform the owners of the Roseleigh, immediately self-isolate where they are to minimise any risk of transmission, and request a test. The guest will be expected to pay the costs of an extended stay. If they are confirmed to have coronavirus (COVID-19), as the risk to the host/owner cannot be mitigated – guests should make arrangements to travel home as safely as possible, whilst minimising risk to others.
Guests should follow government advice on dealing with possible or confirmed coronavirus (COVID-19) infection.

Our normal Check In Time applies which is from 4pm to 10pm.
Earlier Check In / Late Check Out is no longer possible
This is both to maintain a safe environment for our staff whilst they are cleaning the general areas of the property & bedrooms, and allow for bedrooms the necessary extra cleaning time required.
Please feel free to park your car or motorbike if applicable, should you want to arrive early into Buxton ( subject to availability).
Please note that due to Covid 19 there is no general public toilet at the Roseleigh, so please could you plan accordingly if toilet facilities are required prior to 4pm.
Secure Check in – on arrival at the Roseleigh prior to entry we are asking all clients to phone us on Tel 01298 24904 to check in.
You will notice all members of staff will be wearing protective face visors and masks when we greet you and during breakfast service.
Sanitising Gel Station is located on entry to the Roseleigh which we ask all clients to use .
Sanitising Gel Stations are also available on all floor levels.
Guests are now legally required to wear their own Face Coverings within the general/public walking areas within the property
e.g. when entering and exiting the property to/from your bedroom.
While Face Coverings are compulsory in most public settings, there are exceptions to those who need to wear them.
The Roseleigh does not supply Face Coverings to guests.
Where practical social distancing of 2 metres will be implemented
Frequent touch points in communal areas including, but not limited to, banisters, light switches, door handles etc will be sanitised on a regular basis.
To help reduce any risk of cross contamination we will not be providing a full daily service for private guest rooms during your stay. Normally we would provide a daily service of your room but for safety reasons this is suspended until further notice.
Guest rooms will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between guests’ departure and new arrivals. Frequent touch points within your room including but not limited to door handles, light switches, tv remotes, will be treated with CLEENOL Virabact Multi-Surface Cleaner antibacterial/antiviral spray conforming to EN14476
Pre-Booked Breakfast times will be mandatory – please reserve at time of booking OR prior to arrival OR on arrival – subject to availability at time of reserving.
If your desired sitting is not available due to already being fully booked we will allocate you the alternative option outlined.
We thank you in advance for your cooperation with this solution, as we have to comply with government directives on social distancing both in the interests of our guests and our staff.
Please note that one bedroom can have one breakfast sitting
(we cannot offer two sittings to a bedroom – for example if one guest wants the early breakfast and one guest wants the later breakfast)
Breakfast tables will be located to conform with social distancing guidance and breakfast times will be staggered.
Entry to dining room will be a 15-minute window and guests will have to vacate by or before respective finishing times – to allow for functionality of this policy for everyone’s benefit.

Breakfast Sitting Finishes 0900
OR
Entry Time 2nd sitting 0915 – 0930
Breakfast Sitting Finishes 1015
We will require the breakfast rooms to be vacated at 1015 to allow our staff to continue with their cleaning of the property.
Card payments only – cash will not be accepted
Cancellation
If the Roseleigh is open and you have an existing booking, then the standard cancellation policy and general terms and conditions apply. If you fall ill with Covid- 19 or any other condition it will still be necessary to charge in accordance with the cancellation policy.
If you are prohibited from travelling – e.g. the area within which you live is under lock down or transportation issues arise please note that if the Roseleigh is open and you have an existing booking, then the standard cancellation policy and general terms and conditions apply.
We would recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover the cost of your visit.
