Face Coverings We think this is still important so all our staff will wear face coverings, and we encourage our guests to do so when moving about the communal parts of the building.
e.g. when entering and exiting the property ; to/from your bedroom.
Hand sanitising on arrival: This takes just a few seconds and is an important part of our safety protocols. Hand sanitisers are also available throughout the building for your convenience.
Social distancing: Close contact with people you don’t know still poses a risk so we ask you to please respect other guest’s personal space.
Due to COVID-19, some facilities or services may not be available to guests.
To help reduce any risk of cross contamination we will not be providing a full daily service for private guest rooms during your stay.
Normally we would provide a daily service of your room but for safety reasons this is suspended until further notice.
(Special Note – for long stay guests , after each three nights stay – we offer the option of a room service where we will change towels/linen and carry out a full room clean – subject to approval – and that the room is not occupied when staff are cleaning)
Only residents will be allowed into the Roseleigh (and those who work with the Roseleigh – service providers / staff)
Balance of payment due will be deducted from the card details provided for the original deposit, on the day of arrival , to enable contactless check out.
We would appreciate that guests be patient in this period of time as we are all in this together, trying to work safely for the benefit of guests and staff – it is a two way process.
We ask that guests abide by the directions of staff and owners Gerard & Maggi to facilitate the new procedures.
